This policy explains what information SIFTLOOP collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website at siftloop.top and SIFTLOOP's use of third-party platform APIs, including the TikTok API.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you send us, such as your name and email address, when you write to us.
- Account and content data from platform APIs. When we connect a platform account such as TikTok, the API may return account identifiers, display name, profile information, follower and engagement metrics, and details of videos published through our own account.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, generated by our web server and content-delivery provider for security and performance.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To publish, schedule and measure our own content on connected platforms.
- To keep the Service secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use platform data for advertising or profiling.
3. TikTok API data
SIFTLOOP uses the TikTok API only for our own account: to authorise our account, to upload and publish our own videos, and to read back basic account and video statistics. Data obtained through the TikTok API is used strictly to operate our channel. It is not shared with third parties, not sold, and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose. Access can be revoked at any time from your TikTok account settings, and we delete stored API data on request.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting, email and content-delivery providers, and only to the extent needed. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter. Access credentials for platform APIs are stored encrypted and restricted to authorised operators. We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit.
6. Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also revoke any platform permission you have granted by using that platform's own settings.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
